Can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to billing@onestopsiteshop.com. There are no minimum contracts or obligations.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Due to licensing restrictions and because our platform requires integration with other services we provide, we cannot allow you to keep a copy of your website if you choose to cancel your subscription. We will however provide you with a WordPress file containing all of your images and content. You can provide your new designer with this file and he or she can use it to build your site with a new design.
How does One Stop bill?
We will collect your credit card information and bill you month-to-month. Alternatively we can accept checks, but we ask that they be in 6 month or 1 year pre-paid increments.
Does One Stop store my credit card information?
No, One Stop does not store any of your credit card information on our servers. Instead, all payment processing is handle through our third-party payment processor Stripe. To maximize site security we also employ SSL protection on the site. (That’s the little lock next to our domain name in your browser.)
What are the turnaround times for content additions/updates?
Most content additions and changes can be completed in less than 2 business days with the majority of them completed in less than 3 hours. Large updates like all new pages may take longer. If that’s the case we will always give you an estimated completion time.
What if I already have a website?
That’s great! You recognize the importance of having a website and are hopefully already seeing some new customers as a result. But what if we could supercharge your efforts online? What if we could make your site visible to a broader range of potential customers, then increase the ability of your site to convert those potentials into actual paying customers? That’s what our platform is designed to do. We can make your new site look similar to your old one, or start fresh with a new design.
How does One Stop’s cost compare to other companies?
Finding and working with a web designer can often be a difficult and time-consuming task. Delivery dates get pushed, emails go unanswered and projects that were only supposed to take 10 hours end up taking 4x that. Plus, building a site is only half the battle!
Our service streamlines the entire digital marketing process. From building a beautiful, customer-converting website to ensuring it works seamlessly with other marketing and outreach initiatives we provide, One Stop is truly a one stop shop for all your web marketing needs. For all of that, we think $99 is an incredible value.
Do you offer a guarantee?
In one word, no. We’ve spent years designing custom websites for clients around the United States. One Stop is a culmination of everything we know about building websites, increasing visitors to those sites, and turning those visitors into paying customers. We will apply all our knowledge and skill to help you do the same, but at the end of the day we can’t guarantee that you’ll have 100 new customers by next week or even by the end of the month.
Our services work best when your product or service is awesome, but not getting the attention it deserves. But no amount of online wordsmithing or meticulous attention to detail can make up for a poor product or service. As such, we are always eager to offer our help and support to improve the value your company provides, but we can’t be held responsible if you choose to ignore our advice.
What about refunds?
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please let us know! We will do everything in our power to help correct your issue or address your problem. If you would like to cancel your subscription you may do so at any time by emailing billing@onestopsiteshop.com or by submitting a ticket through the Customer Area, but we require 3 days notice prior to your next billing cycle. Because of the work involved in establishing your site, the one-time payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Does One Stop offer an E-Commerce Platform?
We do, but the variability of e-commerce means different per-project pricing. If you’d like to see your store on the One Stop platform please reach out to us!
If I move my website to One Stop, can I cancel my current hosting plan?
Yes, we handle all of your hosting and basic email needs, so you won’t need hosting from your current provider.
